Michael: I sincerely want to thank you for the manner in which you responded to me during my time of crisis; hour of agony when I felt completely devastated because of an unfortunate incidence when my wife got involved in an accident that totally demolished my car. This was our 4th vehicle (but 1st Lexus) purchase experience. We have previously owned different makes (not a single repeat) and, therefore, dealt with different auto makers and dealers. I can confidently say that this was the best experience we've had, and I mean in all aspects. When it comes to product, service, response time, diligence, attention to detail, and personalized service, everyone (led by our sales person, Chris Yu), was on top of the game. Not only did we get the answers (and believe me, we had some out of this world questions and requests) in a very timely manner, we were also treated with the kind of respect we did not imagine we would get from car salesmen and dealerships.

Having purchased 3 other vehicles before, we knew about different sales tactics expected to just go in and do battle ? as long as we came out with a purchase that we liked, it would have been considered a win for us. But, there was totally no pressure, just pure service with proper kowledge ? the whole experience turned out to be so positive that we can't stop talking about it to our friends and family. We know because we visited a couple of dealerships before landing at Don Valley North Lexus. Even the kids were excited and happy about the purchase experience ? they preferred to come to the dealership with us than to stay home and play games. In fact, my 8 yr old said he'd come only if we went to Don Valley North Lexus.
